Bioesque Smoke & Odor Encapsulant is a water based protective coating that can be used to paint over existing fire and smoke damage on most surfaces to eliminate odors and block stains. Our advanced odor encapsulants treat malodors at the source and prevent them from ever returning.
Smoke & Odor Encapsulant, also contains a matrix of EPA registered fungicides to prevent and resist the growth of mold and mildew which can result from the efforts to extinguish the fire.
Smoke & Odor Encapsulant is a primer, sealer, and odor encapsulant for use on most non-porous interior and exterior applications in residential, commercial and industrial settings. It provides the best durability and flexibility on all substrates.
